Learning Resources Smart Snacks Rainbow Color Cones Review & Giveaway

**I received the product featured below free of charge in order to do an honest review. My thoughts are 100% my own.**

Noah turned 2 last week and I feel like it's even more important now to be working with him on basics such as colors, letters, numbers, etc. I love toys that are not only educational but a lot of fun. So when I saw the Learning Resources Smart Snacks Rainbow Color Cones, I knew they were perfect for us!

The Rainbow Color Cones come with 10 ice cream cones in a rainbow of colors and 2 cones. It's a delicious way to develop color identification, stacking skills, and hand-eye coordination.
My boys love playing with these fun cones and it's been such a great way to work on colors with Noah. It's also great to help develop Noah's hand-eye coordination since it does take a little bit of work to stack the ice cream on top of each other so that it doesn't fall off.

It's also great for pretend play and role play. My boys love making their ice cream cones and then pretend eating it!

The Smart Snacks Rainbow Color Cones is fun ice cream play that lasts all day...and never melts! It's recommended for 2+ and is priced at $19.99 (although right now it's on sale for $14.99, not sure how long that will last so I recommend you hurry and order now). We would highly recommend it!

Be sure to stay connected and follow Learning Resources on FacebookTwitterPinterestInstagram, and YouTube.

WIN IT: One LUCKY U.S. winner will receive their own Smart Snacks Rainbow Color Cones (ARV $19.99).

The Happy's Playdate MommyParty #TheHappys

**I received free products in order to host the Cedia, LLC sponsored MommyParty. The opinions expressed here are my own.**

Have you heard of The Happy's? The Happy's are the newest sensation from Cepia (the makers of ZhuZhu Pets) and they are the most adorable and remarkably real new line of interactive motorized plush pets. From doing tricks for Happy Treats to racing after their Chase & Play ball, The Happy's really interact and play with you! This is great for boys and girls and kids can even train The Happy's to do more tricks with the interactive Happy Treats.

I was thrilled when I was picked through MomSelect MommyParties to host The Happy's Playdate MommyParty. These toys are great for kids, so we decided to have the playdate at Noah's birthday party....what a great way to celebrate his fun day! We were sent 4 different The Happy's pets as well as The Happy's Chase and Play Ball. We were also sent some other fun goodies to make our playdate special.

Before our guests arrived, we opened up The Happy's and put batteries in The Happy's Pets (each requre 2 AAA batteries) and the Chase & Play Ball (requires 3 AAA batteries).

Once our guests arrived, we started off by having everyone make their own animal ears. The kids (and parents) did such a great job! The kids loved them and even started pretending to be animals.

Then we got the party started by putting out The Happy's. The kids loved them and had so much fun interacting with the pets.

We of course had some snacks for our guests...playing gets you hungry!

It was a lot of fun and everyone LOVED The Happy's! My kids keep pulling them out to play with them each day. They are so fun and absolutely adorable. The Happy's will be available this spring at Toys 'R Us, Wal-Mart, Target, Justice, and Radio Shack.

Happy Birthday, Noah!

Last Thursday my baby turned 2!!!! How time flies! Funny thing though, this birthday I didn't feel sad that he was turning 2 because I already felt like he was and the party was just a formality. He seems so big and so much older than what he really is sometimes. It was so fun to celebrate with this little boy on his very special day!

He LOVED opening presents and it was so fun watching him. Everyone seemed to really know him since he got a lot of "Cars" and "Toy Story" themed gifts.

Cake time was my absolute favorite part of Noah's day. As soon as everyone started singing "Happy Birthday", he immediately got this huge grin and grinned the entire time through the song. He even remembered to blow the candles at the end.

So glad that my little guy had such a great day. He is such a sweet and special boy and we love him so much! Happy Birthday, Noah....we love you!!!!

My Review
My family loves dogs, so any movie that has dogs (especially talking dogs) is a big hit in my family. I was excited to watch this cute Easter film with my kids. Zeus is the name of the dog (and Mario Lopez is the voice of Zeus) and while his family is going on a cruise, he is sent to doggie daycare. Unfortunately, another daycare does not want their rival to succeed, so they hire some crooks to sabotage the other daycare. It's up to Zeus to save not only the daycare but Easter as well!

It's a cute show and the perfect movie to watch with your family this Easter. I loved seeing a lot of actors I like in this movie, such as Catherine Hicks, Beverly Mitchell, and Patrick Muldoon. My kids loved Zeus and he kept their attention the whole time. The Dog Who Saved Easter arrives to DVD on April 8th, so be sure to check it out then.
