I recently had the opportunity to review Pencil Me In Cosmetic's Eyeliner Pencils. I was so excited when I got to choose out 2 colors to try. It was hard to decide, because they have so many to choose from! I loved how many options there were and I love all the cute names! Who wants to buy an Eye Liner that's just called "black" when you can buy "Jet Sparks" or instead of "white", "Snow"! So, fun!
I chose Lapis and Nutmeg. I first tried the nutmeg eye liner and I was very impressed with how beautifully it showed up! I usually use a brown eye liner, but I don't like how it is so dark and almost looks black. The nutmeg color really stood out and you could tell it was a copper-brown color. I then tried Lapis. I have blue eyes, so I thought this would make my eyes pop out and sure enough, it did! I loved how I could make the eye liner as thin or as thick as I wanted it to be. If I'm running late, I can make the liner thick and smudge it around a bit so that I don't need eye shadow! Here are some other aspects of the pencil that I love:
- Each pencil has a built in pencil sharpener, which is especially great for people like me who are constantly losing their pencil sharpners!
- Goes on smoothly and doesn't tug on your eye lid!
- Lasts all day!
- Many colors to choose from!
The brand was introduced to the market place in November 2007 by Linda Rose Eisner, who is the founder. All 30 eyeliner pencils are infused with anti-oxidants and vitamins. People of all races, genders, and skin tones will enjoy the vast selection of shades. Every eye accent pencil can be applied above and below your eye and you can use it to create both day and evening looks. The pencil core is creamy but firm, so the points don't break easily. They keep their color true and last for hours.
The pencils have natural ingredients and are blended with botanicals like Green Tea Leaf Extract, Pine Bark Extract, Grape Seed Extract, Lecithin, Shea Butter, Cacao Butter, Jojoba Oil, Wheat Germ Oil, and Safflower Seed Oil.
I love these eyeliner pencils and I am planning to buy many more! At $6.99 each, I think it's a great buy! They will also last me a long time, so I feel it's a great investment."Pencil me in" cosmetics is available through professional beauty salons, spas, upscale cosmetic boutiques, and online. They are looking for more salons and spas to bring their line into, so be sure to let your local salon or spas know about these wonderful pencils!
