DownEast Basics Review & Giveaway (2 Winners) **CLOSED**

Once I was married, I started caring about covering myself and looking more modest. Unfortunately, trying to find modest clothing that was still cute and trendy was almost impossible to find! Then I discovered DownEast Basics and fell in love. When I first discovered them, they mostly just had undershirts and really cute tees and I have made many purchases of these over the years. Now, DownEast has a huge collection of clothing and accessories and they have everything from tops, dresses, jackets, jeans, and even little girl clothes. I also just discovered that they have men clothing, jewelry, and purses! DownEast Basics is now your one stop shop for all your clothing needs, except now they just need baby and little boy clothes!

I was thrilled when I had the opportunity to review the 3/4 Sleeve Sophomore Top and the Vertical Zipper and Buckle Bag.

I LOVE the 3/4 Sleeve Sophomore Top in Strawberry Ice. It is really comfy and fits just perfectly. I love how it feels silky, yet is not made of silk, instead it is made of spandex and cotton. So, I feel comfy, but I look trendy and it's perfect for being casual or pair it with a cute skirt and you have the perfect top for an evening out or church! I also really love the color! I would recommend this shirt to anyone!

I was at first a little disappointed when I first saw the Vertical Zipper and Buckle Bag. I had expected it to be black and it was much larger than I thought it was going to be. I knew it was a bit bigger than I normally used, but this went out of my comfort zone. My normal purses usually only fit the bare necessities, where this bag would fit just about everything! Then I started trying it out and realized I could fit all of the things I usually carry with me in my diaper bag and it could be my diaper bag/purse and no one would be able to tell it was a diaper bag. Then my sister came over and she fell in love with the purse! She loves big bags and thought this one was so cute. I also showed it to a bunch of other friends and those who loved big bags absolutely loved it, and those who liked small purses did not like it. I do love the vertical zipper decorations and that was partly why I chose the bag. I figured it would be the perfect entertainment for Tobin and I was right! So, if you are looking for a purse that can double as a diaper bag or you love big purses, then this is the purse for you!

 

I love DownEast and would highly recommend them to anyone. Their shipping was very quick and their products are all high quality products.
