Seventh Generation Natural Baby Kit Review & Giveaway

Ever since I had Tobin I have become more aware of what's in all the products I use. Do you know how many toxic things are in your home? I was surprised at how many things I use that could seriously harm Tobin if he got into them. I had no idea that I could replace all of these toxic items with products that are not only safe but are also natural "green" products and they are from Seventh Generation.

I knew there were green cleaning products out there, but I had no idea there were green baby products as well! So, I was really excited when I had the opportunity to review the Seventh Generation Natural Baby Kit. This is what was included in the baby kit:

I was excited to try out all of these great products on Tobin. I immediately opened up the Chlorine Free Baby Diapers and I was surprised at how soft and cloth-like they were.They are extremely absorbent and they have stretchy leg gathers and resealable closure tabs that are strong and fastens securely.Also, these diapers are non-toxic and hypoallergenic.

Since I have been using these diapers I have noticed that Tobin hasn't been having diaper rashes and right now he has been sick so he has had diarrhea and he always has bad diaper rashes when that happens. I have only used diaper rash ointment once for a very minor rash since I have used these diapers.

The diapers are super absorbent. I did have an overnight leak one night, but lately Tobin has been flooding all diapers because he seems to be Niagra Falls at night! The diaper was incredibly heavy when I took it off him and I was impressed with how much it held. If you can't tell, I am amazed and in love with these diapers!

The Chlorine Free Wipes are free of dyes and fragrances and they have a gentle cleansing agent that is perfect for baby's tender skin. The wipes are made with soft cloth and are chlorine-free. They cleaned Tobin easily and were very gentle on his sensitive skin.

The Natural Baby Laundry Liquid Detergent is free of dyes and fragrances. It's gentle on your baby clothes and skin, but it's also tough on stains. Since Seventh Generation is all about the environment, they ask you to run full loads to conserve water so I ran a load of laundry that included all of our clothes, not just Tobin's. I was afraid it wouldn't get our stains out, but it worked just like my normal detergent, but I did notice that the clothes were softer and I would trust them on my baby's sensitive skin.

The Natural All Purpose Cleaner worked great at cleaning, it even got out the tough grease stains. I love the fact that it's not poisonous so if Tobin accidently swallowed it, he would be just fine. The Natural 100% Recycled Paper Towels were easy to use and worked just as well (if not better) than regular paper towels, except this time I didn't feel guilty for using them since they are made from 100% recycled paper.

I love Seventh Generation products and I highly recommend them so that you can have a safe, natural, and greener home!
