Orglamix Organic Mineral Makeup Review & Giveaway **CLOSED**

I really like makeup and I recently have been learning about mineral makeup. It is better for your skin and the environment. I have used a little bit of mineral makeup before, but I honestly didn't see what the big fuss about it was. MY REVIEW
I had the opportunity to pick out three items from Orglamix and I had the hardest time choosing! I definitely wanted to try one of the mineral foundations and I really wanted to try at least one of the Pure Mineral Eyes. Problem was, there were so many different eye colors to choose from that I had the hardest time picking only a couple! I finally decided to go a little bit out of my comfort zone and go with some bolder colors instead of my normal neutral ones. I chose the Bocote Pure Organic Mineral Foundation, Acai - Pure Organic Mineral Eye Color, and the Frosting on Taupe - Pure Mineral Eye Color.

The BOCOTE Pure Organic Mineral Foundation is a sheer 4-in-1 organic mineral powder. It works as a foundation, concealer, powder, and SPF all in one. It looks like a powder but feels like a cream and goes on like silk. The effect is that it looks like you have natural luminous skin and yet it feels like you're not wearing makeup at all. The BOCOTE is a great color for medium skin with golden undertones, which is exactly what type of skin I have. The color looks great on me and I love the feel of it on my skin. I still have to wear my regular foundation with it because it doesn't cover all of my blemishes and other flaws, but if you have pretty great skin or minor flaws, I'm sure this would work perfectly that you wouldn't need to use anything else with it. I use it more as a powder and I love it, because it really helps make my skin look more natural.

The Acai - Pure Organic Mineral Eye Color is a chic berry bouquet which is a great playful and flirty color. All of Orglamix's eye shadows have 100% pure mineral pigments and are smudge-proof, crease-free and water-resistant. You can apply it dry for a natural glow or wet for a more intense look. You can even mix it together with one of the other 125 shades. The Acai color was a lot more purplish than I had thought it would be so I was a little afraid I wouldn't be able to pull it off. Once I put it on, my fears went away. It looked awesome! My blue eyes really popped and it was so easy to put on and felt great! I really love this color.

I also got to try out the Frosting on Taupe - Here Comes the Bride - Pure Mineral Eye Color and this was a little more in my comfort zone, but it still blew me away. The color was perfect and once again my eyes really looked more blue while wearing it. I have been wearing this color the most and have been wearing the Acai color when I'm wearing darker colors or if I am trying to dress up. Frosting on Taupe is a great color to choose when you want a subtle, but stunning look.

 It's hard to see in these pictures, but my eyes really do pop and the colors looks amazing!

I am so impressed with Orglamix and what impressed me even more was the price! I expected it to be a bit pricey because all the other mineral makeup I have seen is so expensive, but almost everything was priced for $4.99 (unless it was a set or was a larger item). So then I thought, it must just be a little sample and it comes in like a little baggy or something, there's no way it's a whole jar. So I was thrilled when I opened my package and discovered three little jars! All Orglamix products are packaged in clear jars with a sifter and are sold by weight, not volume (so that way you get more product). I know that these will last me a long time!
