After reading The Complete Book of Baby Bargains, I really wish I had this when I was pregnant with Tobin. I am now realizing I spent thousands of dollars more than I really needed to on products and services that were either unecessary or I could have found much cheaper or even made myself. This book is filled with so many bargains and tips, I really think every parent should have this as their baby bible! It tells you what you need, what you can do without, what things you can get for free, where to shop for bargains, what you should buy used, what things to reuse and what to do with them, and what products are worth spending the extra money for. It even gives recipes for things that you can make at home such as homemade baby wipes, homemade bathtub soap crayons, and even homemade bath time finger paints!

This book is filled with great advice such as ways to cure diaper rash, help with colic, and so much more! There is so much information in this book and all of it is very useful. I read this book cover to cover and yet I didn't feel overloaded by the information because each tip is numbered and broken into their own paragraphs. The whole book is an easy read and the information is something every parent should know. This book isn't just for new parents, I have found many tips that I can use now to save me lots of money.
