I am becoming a big fan of Elin Hilderbrand and The Island has made me like her even more. This is a great book that kept me interested from beginning to end. It's the perfect book for summer, it made me feel like I was right on the beach. It was easy to listen to and the reader had a great voice and felt like it belonged with the book. I thought it was a great book and I would definitely recommend it, especially if you are looking for a great book to finish this summer up with!
