Learning Resources: New Sprouts Munch It! My Very Own Play Food Review & Giveaway

Since Tobin is not in preschool right now, I want to make sure he's learning new things whenever he can. The best way to learn is through playing, which is why I love buying educational toys. My favorite place to shop for educational toys is Learning Resources. They have a variety of great products for all ages. Tobin is really into playing pretend kitchen right now, so I was thrilled when we were sent the New Sprouts Munch It! My Very Own Play Food to review.

Tobin was so excited when his play food arrived. I loved that there was such a great variety of food and most of it was nutritional and things I would serve a preschooler or toddler. This way he could actually recognize all of the foods and name them correctly. Here is all the food that is in this fun play set: 2 Slices of Bread, 3-piece Blueberry Muffin, Glass of Milk, 2 Slices of Cheese, Carrot, Juice Box, Mini Bagel, Bowl of Cereal, Bowl of Mac & Cheese, Yogurt Cup, Hot Dog in Bun, Banana, Cookie, Clementine Orange, Apple, and 2 Spoons.

The New Sprouts Munch It! My Very Own Play Food allows your child to serve up yummy, soft, durable plastic food that is familiar to toddlers. So this helps your child with early dramatic play, build their vocabulary, and practice mealtime routines and expand their imagination. There is an activity guide included which gives you more great ideas of how to make this play set educational and get the most out of it.

Tobin had so much fun playing his new set of pretend food. We have quite a few other pretend foods, but this one is his favorite. The colors are bright and the food looks realistic and are all foods that Tobin loves and usually eats. We have so much fun playing with it. For $24.99, I think it's a great price for this set of pretend food and I highly recommend you check it out.
